Graebel’s Gravy

In a saucepan, combine:
3 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

4 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Whisk together over med-hi heat then slowly add one can vegetable broth or 2 cups water. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons soy sauce and a splash of soymilk, bring to a simmer. Add more soymilk or water to thin gravy. It will thicken as it cools.
